ExamStudyShelf AI is an AI-powered study tool that helps students turn notes, PDFs, TXT files, and other study materials into summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and study plans.

The app is designed to support studying. It is not a replacement for attending class, reading required materials, following professor instructions, or doing your own academic work.

You may need to create an account to use ExamStudyShelf AI.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login details secure
• All activity that happens under your account

You should not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Upload content you do not have permission to use
• Upload private or highly sensitive personal information
• Try to access another user's account, files, or study materials
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security rules, or payment systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the app
• Use the app to cheat, plagiarize, or violate school academic integrity rules

ExamStudyShelf AI is meant to help you understand and review study material.

You are responsible for following your school, college, university, professor, and course academic integrity rules.

Do not use AI-generated answers as your own work when that is not allowed.

You keep ownership of the notes, files, and study materials you upload or paste into ExamStudyShelf AI.

By uploading or pasting content, you give ExamStudyShelf AI permission to process that content so the app can provide features such as summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and study plans.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use the content.

AI-generated study tools may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

You should review all AI-generated content before relying on it. ExamStudyShelf AI does not guarantee that summaries, quizzes, flashcards, or study plans are correct, complete, or suitable for your exam.

ExamStudyShelf AI may offer free and paid plans.

Free plans may include limited AI generations, file uploads, or saved study tools.

Paid plans may unlock higher limits or additional features.

When payments are added, billing may be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Subscription terms, prices, and limits may change in the future.

We try to keep ExamStudyShelf AI reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

We try to store your study materials and generated tools safely, but you should keep your own backup copies of important notes, files, and study materials.

ExamStudyShelf AI is not responsible for lost files, lost notes, or lost study data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the app, attempt to bypass security, or use the app in a harmful way.

ExamStudyShelf AI does not guarantee grades, exam performance, school admission, academic success, or any specific result.

Your results depend on your own studying, effort, course requirements, and many other factors.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ExamStudyShelf AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app or by email.
